The OSIRIS project was initiated in 2006 to evaluate and improve the OGC SWE architecture and is now entering its last few months. The Institute for Geoinformatics is hosting a final public OSIRIS SWE Workshop on March 23 - 24, 2009. In addition to providing an insight into the OSIRIS project results, the OSIRIS project partners invite users of SWE components to share their practical experience concerning SWE applications and discuss future needs regarding the advancement of the SWE architecture. If you are interested in participating and/or giving a short presentation of your SWE related activities, please download the invitation here: http://osiris-fp6.eu/doc/Invitation_OSIRIS_Workshop.pdf. ----- Dipl.-Geogr.
