Message-ID: <200803051122.38768.jan-oliver.wagner@intevation.de> Hi, I am interested in read support for the DGN files version 8, of course in the form of a Free Software. So far, I did not see a readily available solution. Are there any plans out there, perhaps associated with cost estimates? Some new features have been also added. As usual, it can be downloaded from the Downloads section of the web page (http://www.gvsig.gva.es/index.php?id=1731&L=2). Warning: gvSIG version 1.1 or gvSIG version 1.1.1 must already be installed. Do not install over a gvSIG version which contains the 3D Pilot. New features are: - Supported file formats: - Read and write support for GML 3.1.1. has been added. - Read and write support for KML 2.1 has been added. This means vector layers can now be exported and viewed using Google Earth. - WFS Service: - Support for WFS 1.1.0 has been added. - Map: - New north symbols have been added. Problems fixed are: - Opening/Saving projects: - When gvSIG is started up, an error occurs when the name of a .gvp file is passed as a parameter and when a layer is added to an existing project view. - PostGIS: - Reading problems occur when a layer with over 20000 records is loaded. - An error occurs if incorrect information is input in the “Schema” parameter when exporting to PostGis. - Raster layer: - ENVI files do not load. - “Add layer” dialog box: - When added layers are moved up in this window, they disappear altogether. - Geoprocessing: - An error message appears if the input and clip layers are selected in the wrong order during the “Spatial join” geoprocess. - Oracle Locator: - Problems accessing layers with null geometries. - Internationalisation: - There is no German translation of the geoprocess toolbox. - Map Layout: - Can't remove elements using keyboard. -- Mario Carrera Rodríguez Grupo SIG-CAD / gvSIG Asistencia técnica externa Servicio de Organización e Informática Conselleria d'Infraestructures i Transport Generalitat Valenciana Valencia (España) From luca.casagrande at gmail.com Thu Mar 13 11:47:31 2008 From: luca.casagrande at gmail.com (Luca Casagrande) Date: Thu, 13 Mar 2008 11:47:31 +0100 Subject: [Freegis-list] Bathymetry Message-ID: <8d09169d0803130347q475d751dge82454b902e03e30@mail.gmail.com> Hello everybody. You could try to interpolate scattered data (vector) to raster using GDAL (http://gdal.org/) griding algorithms: http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/browser/trunk/gdal/alg/gdalgrid.h It is also available in form of small utility http://gdal.org/gdal_grid.html FYI, GDAL provides binding to .NET http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/GdalOgrInCsharp Greetings -- Mateusz Loskot http://mateusz.loskot.net From cosmasmb at yahoo.com Mon Mar 17 13:14:58 2008 From: cosmasmb at yahoo.com (cosmas mbanacele) Date: Mon, 17 Mar 2008 05:14:58 -0700 (PDT) Subject: [Freegis-list] help In-Reply-To: Message-ID: <892911.18359.qm@web50509.mail.re2.yahoo.com> freegis-list-request at intevation.de wrote: Send Freegis-list mailing list submissions to freegis-list at intevation.de To subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, visit https://www.intevation.de/mailman/listinfo/freegis-list or, via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' to freegis-list-request at intevation.de You can reach the person managing the list at freegis-list-owner at intevation.de When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific than "Re: Contents of Freegis-list digest..."
