Subject: WMS Inspector: a Firefox add-on for working with WMS

The WMS Inspector is an open source Firefox add-on with tools for working with Web Map Services (WMS). It can be specially useful when working with Javascript mapping libraries like OpenLayers or MapBender or setting up WMS services.

Main features include:

   * Load all WMS requests in the current page and their parameters
   * Requests sorting by service or type
   * Individual WMS requests (images or errors) visualization
   * Copy services, requests or parameters to the clipboard
   * Direct edition of request parameters values
   * Output GetCapabilities response as an HTML report or original file

WMS Inspector is released under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE version 3 (GPLv3)

Subject: POLYMAP3

POLYMAP3 is an open source (LGPL) web application framework, built with Eclipse RAP technology and based on great open source components including uDig, GeoTools and OpenLayers.

POLYMAP3 aims to provide a multi-user SDI platform. Supporting the power user with an ad-hoc data workbench, the admin user with configuration workbench and the end users with a simple to use web client and OGC services. The UI entirely runs inside the web browser.

This project is about to start. However, we there is an online demo, screencast, wiki and a forum available at www.polymap.org.
