Hello,
I can't start with grass 6.4.0. my way: GRASS 6.4.SVN with MSYS-set way to 
dataset... 

and i have this report 

 File "C:\GRASS\etc\wxpython\gui_modules\gcmd.py", line 449, in GetError
    return unicode(msg, "utf-8")
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0x80 in position 18: 
unexpect                                                                                                                                  
ed code byte
Error in GUI startup. If necessary, please
report this error to the GRASS developers.

Please, give me any advises, what i need to do. Thanks.

i installed grass6.40RC5,   after installation i tried to run on sperfish 60
data set but after clicking PERMANENT iam getting an erro that is:
g.proj or projection error while loading shared libraries..

The 0.7.0 release targets stability and usability of the Mapnik Core while bringing 
advancements to the Datasource Plugins

Usage, either via Python or XML stylesheets should be fully compatible with the 
0.6.x series.

Nevertheless, this release brings improvements and fixes to the C++ core that 
warrant a major release and new a ABI version.

Subject: OpenGeo Suite 1.0

We've just released The OpenGeo Suite, a complete web-mapping platform, integrating GeoServer, GeoWebCache and GeoExt/OpenLayers applications and examples into platform specific installers.  It includes 'Styler', a pure javascript SLD editor, GeoExplorer, a full GeoExt/Openlayers application to compose maps, and a Dashboard desktop application to access and configure the various components.

It is all GPL, available in a Community Edition (free to download) and an Enterprise Edition (30-day trial that includes support, registration required).  The Community Edition is version 1.0r1, Enterprise is 1.0.  Both are GPL licensed, but it'd be fine if you just listed the community edition here.
