Hi

I would like to submit my free GIS project. the goal is not commercial but help the GIS community

Gisgraphy is a free and open source framework that provides full-text and find nearby places search services, for places on earth from several databases  on the web (mainly Geonames but also ESRI, openstreetmap for instance). It provides an importer to inject the data into a strongly typed PostgreSQL / PostGIS database and use them via 2 web services or a Java API; geolocation and full-text in many formats (XML, JSON, PHP, ruby, Python, Atom, RSS / GeoRSS). the openStreetMap will be available in V 2.0
