Subject: LiegKat-Archiv - convertion of german ALK formats into KML

Liegkat-Archiv delivers converters with parameters for coordinate transformations to convert the spatial data formats used in German cadastral agencies before ALKIS into KML. It delivers Python packages and XSL files. Main project language is German.

With current release LKA-0.8.0 supported formats are: 
- Digitale Flurkarte (DFK)
- Hauskoordinaten (HK)
- Bearbeitung und Benutzung der zentralen Grundrissdatei (BGRUND)
- Sequential Data Format (SQD/SQS)
