[Mapit] Rework of the web pages and demos

Hi List,

today I have spend some work in reorganizing the
MapIt! demos running on www.mapit.de:

- We now have all demos in german and english.

- Furthermore, new maps of Berlin have arrived from Logiball
  and are incorporated in all demos.

- The simple demo covers 3 resolutions and thus offers
  zoom in/out functionality.
