Das Imaging C Module ist eine Datei namens "_imaging.dll", die bei PIL
dabei ist. Damit Python sie finden kann, muß sie in einem Verzeichnis
liegen, das in Pythons Suchpfad ist (unabhängig von Windows' PATH !).

Welchen Suchpfad python verwendet kann man an der Kommandozeile z.B. mit

python -c "import sys; print sys.path"

feststellen (daß die Backslashes in der Ausgabe alle doppelt sind ist
OK).

Bei mir liegt _imaging.dll z.B. in C:\Programme\Python\DLLs. Bei Dir
wäre das wahrscheinlich c:\WASI\Python\DLLs. Alternativ kann die DLL
auch direkt ins PIL-Verzeichnis gepackt werden, sogar wenn PIL.pth nicht
vorhanden ist und das PIL-Verzeichnis selbst nicht in sys.path ist.
