[Kolab-devel] where to report kontact/windows issues?

Hello kolab devel team,

I'm sorry to generate noise on this list, but I'm unsure where to report 
issues regarding kontact for windows. 
Can I use the "report bug" menu item in kontact, which launches bugs.kde.org? 
I doubt you look at bug reports there, do you?
 I've read about other bug filing mechanisms for kolab, which confuses me.
