Pre-Processing: Potential problem leading to malformed results

Hi,

it just occured that the pre-processing might result in
malformed results under certain circumstances regarding
the personal locale settings.

To test whether you are affected, please do the following:

cp river.att river.att.org
export LC_ALL=C
greater-pre-processing.py run
diff river.att river.att.org

If the last command has no output, you are not affected.
Otherwise you must replace old pre-preocessing results
with the new results using LC_ALL=C.

As time permits I will prepare a new release of the
pre-processing module to fix this problem.
